S.72: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide improved reimbursement for clinical social worker services under the medicare program.

Equity for Clinical Social Workers Act of 2007 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide for reimbursement of covered clinical social worker services according to a new reimbursement methodology similar to the one currently used for other health care professionals. Provides coverage and reimbursement under the new methodology for supplies furnished incident to such services. Excludes the services of clinical social workers from the definition of "inpatient hospital services" for purposes of Medicare.
