A bill to provide relief to the Pottawatomi Nation in Canada for settlement of certain claims against the United States.

1/4/2007--Introduced.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to the Pottawatomi Nation in Canada in settlement and full satisfaction of certain claims.

Excludes such payment from the provisions of the Indian Tribal Judgment Funds Use or Distribution Act.
