ABOVEGROUND TANK TASK FORCE
Creates an Aboveground Storage Tank Task Force under the Office of the State Fire Marshal for the purpose of examining the practicality, feasibility, and impact of allowing aboveground storage tanks for the retail sale of E85 blended fuel in Illinois.
